We provide clients with clear, comprehensive information and guidance on a various health issues and connect them to safe access points for a service.
Our contact centre and approach
The contact center offers anonymous, youth-friendly counseling on reproductive and general health concerns, while connecting clients to nearby health facilities for quality medical care.
Clients are also given electronic vouchers which enable them get a consultation discount encouraging them to take up services.
The contact center operates 7 days a week
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM-10:00 PM
Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
It is managed by a team of 12 highly qualified counselors and 2 nurses.
Over 10,000 calls are received each month with 60% of those from young people (15-24 years).
